STAGES OF FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This paper studies the stages of formation of the system of economic security from the times of pre-revolutionary Russia to the present time. The paper characterizes the Soviet period of formation of the economic security system, taking into account the significant success of its control function, but insufficient attention to the economic efficiency of economic processes. The paper identifies the key moments of the formation of bodies that form the system of economic security, starting with the OBKhSS and the NKVD. The study is conducted separately in the context of economic security of the whole state and a separate economic entity. In the end the directions of improvement of the system of economic security of enterprises for the purpose of realization of the current Strategy of economic security of the country are defined.
