The article discusses active longevity programs as an important element of the social protection system for older age groups in the context of global population aging. Active longevity is interpreted as a strategy aimed at optimizing the health, social engagement and safety of older people, which contributes to improving their quality of life and strengthening social cohesion. The main directions and elements of active longevity programs are described, including medical, educational and social support, technological integration and the development of labor activity. International indices for evaluating the effectiveness of active aging are presented, as well as examples of national strategies from various countries. Key challenges and prospects for the development of programs are highlighted, such as improving digital literacy, strengthening intergenerational ties, and adapting to structural barriers. The conclusion is made about the importance of active longevity for the socio-economic stability of society in the context of demographic changes.
