PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING BIDDING FOR THE RIGHT TO CONCLUDE A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A LAND PLOT AND THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED THEREON

The subject of this study is the regulatory framework governing the procedure for organizing and conducting bidding for the right to conclude a lease agreement for a public land plot and the immovable property located thereon, which is held in state or municipal ownership. The relevance of this article stems from the insufficiently defined and, in part, contradictory legal regulation of the bidding procedure, as well as from established law enforcement practice, which reveals issues in understanding the applicable rules for conducting such procedures. The result of the study is the identification of the regulatory framework applicable to the bidding in question and its legal justification.
