THE BASICS OF CREATING HR ORGANIZATIONAL AND STRUCTURAL UNITS, A SYSTEM FOR PROFILING POSITIONS AND EVALUATING THE COMPETENCIES OF A HIGH-TECH COMPANY

This article suggests the basics of forming a structural model of the innovation management center as a subject of the corporation's innovation management, which makes it possible to fully implement its functionality. Based on existing practices and a literature review conducted in the framework of the study of personnel management systems in high-tech companies engaged in scientific and technological development, the author's approach to job profiling and a personnel evaluation system are proposed, taking into account its application within the innovation management center.
