The study identifies the legislative specifics of contractual relations in the water cruise. The status of the legal relations subjects was determined, were characterized the law nature and content of the main and additional services, general and special aspects of legal regulation were identified, were disclosed the legal conditions of activity of cruise tourism. Was paid a special attention to the study of imperfection and inconsistency of simultaneously existing requirements for the water cruise organization as a form of tourist travel and transportation.
