The global challenges of the 21st century have led to increased growth and a stronger position of digital technologies in financial law. Traditional forms of relations in the field of public finance are being encoded and digitized, which leads to the fact that states are able to use modern digital technologies in financial control and audit. The article examines the experience of using artificial intelligence in financial law in France and Switzerland.
