The article is devoted to the legal aspects of regulation of digital inequality and access to information. Human society has entered the digital era. The dynamics of its development, wide range of radiation and profound impact are unprecedented, causing comprehensive and profound changes in the mode of production, lifestyle and management of human society. Access to information began to be determined mainly by the resources of the Internet space. Meanwhile, the problems of digital inequality associated with both external and internal factors are clearly emerging. Legal regulation of this area of society seems relevant. This area of digital law is not only not developed theoretically, but also does not have a clear mechanism for legal regulation. The purpose of the article is to identify actual problems and ways to solve them in the field of regulation of digital inequality and access to information.
