Structure of the decision-making system for management of the process chemical composition of castings from the iron

Improvement of the methods of system analysis in the application to the formation of alloys cast iron, in the metallic matrix of which there are composite inclusions - graphite, ferrite, perlite and austenite - is an actual modern task. The purpose of the research carried out by the author is to build a decision-making system for controlling the process of formation of the optimal chemical composition of cast iron alloys whose properties would satisfy the specified quality criteria: Brinell hardness, strength, relative wear resistance and specific heat. To solve the problem, the authors used the system approach: the system-forming properties of castings from cast iron were identified, the main stages of system research were identified, the structure of the decision-making system was structured, the state space of the control object in the system was described, the tasks of the functionals used in the system were formulated, mathematical models based on fuzzy methods were developed logic and algorithms of stochastic optimization.
