Correction of homeostasis disturbance of puerperants with obstetrics bleeding in the practice of resuscitation transfusion crew with homeostasis laboratory

The analysis was made through the observe of parturient women that has shown that supposed transfusion therapy in mass obstetrics bleeding with individual selection of blood components by defining the results of donation blood homeostasis depending on the characters of homeostasis’s disorder of the recipient in order to correct factors of hemorrhage and recovery of loss of blood in obstetrics have a number of merits. This method of correction of disorder of homeostasis of donor fresh frozen plasma and blood components provide lowering of plasma and blood components volume, homeostatic effect by correction of disorder of homeostasis come faster than tradition transfusion therapy and normalizes earlier target parameters of homeostasis, reduces the time of infusion –transfusion therapy, facilitates reduction of complications improving the results of treatment of parturient women with acute loss of blood.
