Prognostic factors of atrial fibrillation in patients with IHD and metabolic syndrome

The article discusses the problems and problems of prognostic factors of atrial fibrillation in patients with ischemic heart disease and metabolic syndrome. Attention is paid to the assessment of the current state of the problem of cardiometabolic communication in the development of the clinical picture of the metabolic syndrome. The article analyzes the recent studies of the risk factors for the development of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome and the use of these indicators for prognosis. The data in the article determine the role of biochemical markers in predicting the risk of atrial fibrillation in patients with metabolic syndrome. The authors of the article described the possibility of using genetic markers for predicting life-threatening heart rhythm disorders in these patients.
