Treatment opportunities for endometriosis in patients planning pregnancy

The authors consider various modern approaches to the treatment of endometriosis in patients of fertile age. It is shown that currently there are 3 main approaches – surgical, medical and combined. Each of them has both advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion, the authors conclude that the most optimal approach is probably a combined approach, since it reduces the risk of recurrence of endometriosis and increases the likelihood of pregnancy.
