Predicting the stability of water-in-oil emulsions based on fuzzy logic methods

The dependence of the stability of water-in-oil emulsions on various factors was investigated. In the research [6], a stability index is introduced, and various mathematical models are proposed for its prediction. Our study provides the examination of the shortcomings of these models and offers two more reliable methods for predicting the emulsion stability index: based on the regression analysis and based on the fuzzy logic methods.
