Optimization tools for modeling petrochemical clusters

The optimization tools for the APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) class of problems for modeling petrochemical clusters are considered. It is proposed a proven approach for planning a vertically integrated oil company (VIOC) to solving the the development problems this clusters. The optimization modeling of the Nizhnekamsk petrochemical cluster (NNHK) is considered as an example of implementation.
