Writing a chat bot assistant for applicants to university

This paper proposes a solution to the problem of providing various information to applicants for admission to the university. To solve it, the author proposes a technology for developing a chat bot that functions through an instant messenger. Chat bot uses the search algorithm for synonyms and is able to answer various questions of the applicant related to admission to the university. A prototype of this chatbot for the Telegram message manager was demonstrated. The results of the comparison of the time spent when using a chat bot with the costs when searching for the necessary information on the website of the university, confirming the effectiveness of the use of the bot are given.
