Minimally invasive methods of treatment of victims with polytrauma in traffic accidents

The work is based on an analysis of treatment outcomes 987 patients aged 17 to 84 years old with multiple and associated injuries in traffic accidentsю At 78% of patients diagnosed with traumatic shock. Analysis of results of treatment of victims with polytrauma showed the effectiveness of the tactics of staging surgical treatment. Early stabilization of the damaged structures of the pelvis and long bones in a complex of other protivosokovh activities allows to intensify patients, shorten the treatment, reduce morbidity from 37.4% to 4%, 22, to reduce mortality from 18.5% up to 6.9%.
