Depression psychosomatic component among middle age people

Depression is a widespread chronic disease, especially among middle-aged people, which can affect thoughts, mood, and physical health. It is characterized by low mood, lack of energy, sadness, insomnia and inability to enjoy life. However, to date, clinical studies have shown that patients with depression do not have a satisfactory therapeutic result. The sphere of psychosomatic components in middle-aged people suffering from depression is a specific and little-studied field for scientific research. Features of the perception of your body, the value of mental and physical health, the mastery of various specific motor skills, possible changes in pain thresholds and the general well-being of a person are these and many other components that in some way affect relationships in the field of psychosomatics in middle-aged depressions
