Application of the interactive questionnaire “Electronic Polyclinic” for the primary diagnosis of respiratory and gastroenterological diseases in the group of practically healthy persons

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory and gastroenterological modules of the interactive automated questionnaire "Electronic polyclinic" in the primary diagnosis of chronic diseases of the respiratory and digestive organs. The material of the study was 151 people: 90 respondents who passed an interactive questioning within the respiratory module; 61 people – within the module of diseases of the digestive system of the computer program "Electronic polyclinic". All respondents according to the results of traditional medical examination carried out according to the order of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation of 26.10.2017 № 869n were recognized as practically healthy persons. Statistical analysis of the results was performed using the Statistica 10.0 software package. Based on the results, it was found that an interactive questioning with automatic formation of syndrome conclusion revealed health problems in 25.2% of the respondents, followed by sending them to the 2nd stage of in-depth examination and allowed to establish chronic diseases of the internal organs in 15.2% of the surveyed persons. It was concluded that the method can be used to examine healthy individuals for the purpose of early diagnosis of respiratory and gastroenterological diseases.
