The article is dedicated development definition algorithm type and pa-rameters of membership function of fuzzy measuring. The use of fuzzy logic in the algorithm makes it possible based on the expert table to determine the type and parameters of the membership function of fuzzy variable characterizing the quality of raw materials, status of processing equipment. The algorithm allows the use of expert knowledge for effective management processing process considering changes in raw material quality and experience of technologists
