The highest incidence of hemorrhagic complications in patients with AML younger than 60 years was found during the initial attack of the disease, induction and consolidation cycles, as well as with the recurrence of the disease with a tendency to decrease during the maintenance therapy and the level of the control group during the follow-up. At the same time, the highest frequency of hemorrhagic complications of grade III and IV was observed at the stages of the primary attack of the disease, during the induction and consolidation cycles, as well as during the recurrence of the disease. The use of hemostasis indicators in a diagnostic model as a set of linear classification functions makes it possible to single out a risk of developing hemorrhagic complications Grade III and IV complications in AML patients younger than 60 years of age and is a highly sensitive informative method for predicting the development of complications before the next therapeutic stage or at the observation stages.

Keywords:acute myeloid leukemia, hemostasis indicators, hemorrhagic complications, 5-years overall survival.
