The purpose of the study: to conduct a comparative characteristic of the bone marrow of the flat and tubular bones. Assess the biochemical parameters of bone marrow of the bones Materials and methods: The study included 40 patients with different diseases and different age. These patients underwent lower limb amputation if unable to save it. It was patients with gangrene of the lower limb as a result of ischemia, traumatic injuries, road accidents, hypothermia. Patients were studied in the bone marrow immediately after amputation of the lower extremity. For comparison, a sternal puncture was obtained and the results of blood parameters were taken into account. Results: The results of the study show a significant difference in the microenvironment of the bone marrow tubular bones and flat, both in cell composition and biochemical. The bone marrow of flat bones coincides with blood counts.
