The cultivation of MDCK cell in serum-free culture medium to obtain influenza vaccines

VectorVac-PS2 serum-free culture medium was developed for the cultivation of MDCK cells and vaccine strains of the influenza virus to create vaccines. The serum-free nutrient medium VectorVac-PS2, when culturing MDCK cells, has high proliferative activity. The production of vaccine strains of influenza virus in cell culture in the VectorVac-PS2 medium is comparable to the production of these strains in serum-free medium SFM4MegaVir. Nutrient medium VectorVac-PS2 can be used in the production of influenza vaccines.
