Transcatheter aortic valve implantation in patient with severe co-disease, low ejection fraction and high operative risk

We describe the clinical case of 77-year old patient with severe aortic stenosis, ejection fraction of 22% and severe oncopathology. Patient had high risk of conventional operation (EuroScore II 7.43%, STS Score 12%). He successfully underwent transcatheter aortic valve implantation.
