The article examines the reasons for the persistent shortage of investigative units of internal Affairs bodies. New solutions to this problem in the field of management relations are considered. In order to improve the organization of investigative management and increase employee motivation, it is proposed to introduce a new criterion for evaluating performance – efficiency. The system dynamics method is used to calculate efficiency.
