Application of the method of reduced moments for calculating and constructing static characteristics of mining process units

Calculations have been carried out and the static characteristics of individual mining machine mechanisms, which are an aggregate multi-motor electric drive system, have been constructed using the method of reduced moments. The relevance of underground mining is shown. The technical characteristics of the selected mining shearer are given. Asynchronous electric motors with a squirrel-cage rotor for powering the electric equipment of the combine were selected from the reference book, the closest in power and suitable in voltage and mode of operation. The calculation of the gear ratio of the gearboxes is made, the moments of static resistance and operating speeds to the motor shaft are given. The static characteristics of the mining machine's electric motors are constructed. A conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the application of such a method to confirm the correct choice of electric motors and the prospects of its use in computer modeling of multi-motor systems of an electric drive.
