Patent strategy of the Federal Republic of Germany

The article is devoted to one of the most important areas of development of the national innovation system - a unified agreed strategy in the field of intellectual property (including patent strategy) at the state level [6, 8, 9]. To successfully solve this problem, it is necessary, in particular, to turn to positive foreign experience, for example, to the analysis of the patent strategy of Germany, as one of the world's leading industrial countries.
