Long-term results of surgical treatment of post-ulcerative stenosis of the pyloric canal

the long-term results of resection and organ-preserving methods of surgical treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer complicated by pyloroduodenal stenosis were analyzed. The methods of surgical decompensation of scar-ulcer duodenal stenosis, as well as the frequency and nature of postoperative complications and long-term pathological syndromes were compared.
