Model of automated control system of ammonium nitrate production process

This paper analyzes the technological process for the production of ammonium nitrate. In the course of the analysis, it was revealed that the use of an automated process control system allows solving most of the production problems and increasing production and economic indicators. The authors proposed a method for modernizing an automated control system for a steam boiler in the form of a three-level system, defined a regulator, and presented its settings, which ensure the maintenance of the required temperature in the neutralizer.
