Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias of the 21st century, which significantly increases the risk of thromboembolic complications. Oral anticoagulants reduce the risk of feasibility studies in patients with AF. The purpose of the article – according to the results of EORP-AF register to analyze the clinical course of non-valvular AF, to assess the frequency of oral anticoagulants in patients with non-valvular AF in different countries of the world, as well as to determine the factors that affect the frequency of appointment of antagonists and non-antagonists of vitamin K in real practice of the doctor.
