Application of system analysis to evaluate the efficiency of medical information system

This article deals with the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of a medical information system with a recognition unit based on convolutional neural networks. It provides the necessary information about the proposed structure of the medical information system and specific indicators for evaluating effectiveness. Information is briefly given about the software developed for telemedicine, registered by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent). The obtained practical and theoretical results can be used for the analysis, design and development of medical information systems.
