Serum-free culture media VectorVak-PS2 and GPS-1 were constructed for the cultivation of the MDCK cell culture and the creation of a live cultural influenza vaccine. It has been proven that the culture media VectorVac-PS2 and GPS-1 have a high proliferative activity, and the production of viral strains of the influenza virus is comparable to the production of these strains in a commercial serum-free medium. Culture media VectorVac-PS2 and GPS-1 can be used in the production of live influenza vaccine.
