Changes in hematological and immunocytochemical parameters of the blood of white rats with lead acetate intoxication and the introduction of antioxidants

This study is aimed at studying leukograms and leukocyte indices of blood, subpopulations of T- and B-lymphocytes to assess the state and functioning of cellular and humoral immunity in acute intoxication with lead acetate and subsequent administration of antioxidant drugs. Studies have shown that when lead acetate was administered in animals of the experimental group, changes were noted in the leukogram and leukocyte indices, the content of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20 lymphocytes, indicating the course of pathological processes, disruption of cellular and humoral immunity, inhibition of immunoreactivity caused by the action of lead acetate. The administration of the drug "Dihydroquercetin Plus" to rats with lead poisoning led to significant changes in hematological and immunocytochemical parameters, compared with the drug "Selmevit".
