The results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of newly formed bone tissue in the submembrane space and around the threads of the nickel-titanium membrane

Optical scanning electron microscopy, micro-probe analysis of samples and X-ray microcomputer tomography were performed to study the qualitative and quantitative analysis of newly formed bone tissue in the submembrane space and around the filaments of the nickel-titanium membrane. The results of electron microscopic and micro-probe analysis of samples are presented in spectra, tables and figures of strokes. Micro-probe analysis was carried out from several points to determine the heterogeneity in the sample composition. These points are marked with a green cross in the sample photos. For each point marked with a cross, the spectrum is indicated and the elemental component of the area under study is indicated.
