Economic risks of digital integration for large industrial enterprises: definition and evolution of approaches

in the context of the financial and economic crisis, sanctions and other conditions that increase the uncertainty and turbulence of the environment, it is important for large industrial enterprises to understand economic risks in order to ensure sustainable operation. Currently, one of the basic factors contributing to the active development of industrial enterprises is effective digital integration. In this regard, using general scientific methods of cognition, such as analysis, synthesis, grouping, the authors of the study presented the evolution of approaches to the development of the theory of economic risk in the world; systematized the existing definitions of economic risk; developed the author's definition of the economic risk of digital integration for large industrial enterprises. The results of the study are useful to the scientific community and specialists of large industrial enterprises carrying out research in the sphere of digitalization. The prospect of future research is the development of a classification of economic risks of digital integration for large industrial enterprises.
