Development of a mechanism for managing the operational processes of the energy industry of the Russian Federation

The problems of the functioning of the energy industry, which have risen to a new level of relevance due to the increased sanctions pressure on the Russian economy, require cardinal systemic measures to improve its efficiency. The article proposes a comprehensive strategy for the reengineering of business processes in the energy industry, based on the principles of the Lean Six Sigma quality management system. To integrate the operating process management mechanism into a unified strategy for the development and transformation of the industry the author considers the use of the concept of the balanced scorecard of the industry level, decomposed to the level of individual enterprises and processes.
