DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPETENCE MODEL IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BASED ON THE INTEGRATION OF ONTOLOGIES AND KNOWLEDGE BASES

The article discusses the application of ontological approaches to the creation of a model of competencies in the field of information technology, analyzes the experience of using ontologies and knowledge bases. Based on the results of the analysis, a model is proposed, the filling of which is performed using the modified Klink-2 algorithm by supplementing the specialized ontology with information from the knowledge base.
