Analysis of long-term results of resection and organ-preserving operations in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer complicated by pyloroduodenal stenosis. A comparative assessment of the methods of surgical treatment of decompensated cicatricial ulcerative duodenal stenosis, as well as the frequency and nature of postoperative complications and long-term pathological syndromes was carried out.
