currently there are no measures for the complete prevention of congenital malformations of the fetus. As a result of assessing the contribution of congenital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities to the structure of morbidity in young children and the effectiveness of their detection during ultrasound diagnostics, we have proposed preventive measures that include all components of obstetric and gynecological care and allow reducing the percentage of newborns with congenital malformations and, as a consequence, reducing infant morbidity.
