POSSIBLE CAUSES OF MISCARRIAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS OF BACTERIAL-VIRAL ETIOLOGY

Chronic endometritis is one of the most common diseases among women of reproductive age with a history of miscarriage. The development of morphological and functional changes in the endometrium of an inflammatory nature caused by chronic inflammation causes a number of serious complications in the female body, which justifies the relevance of studying the significance of bacterial and viral agents in the etiology of chronic endometritis. The purpose of the work is to determine the significance of chronic endometritis of bacterial and viral etiology in the aspect of miscarriage. According to the obtained results, the relationship between the presence of bacterial-viral agents and the development of chronic endometriosis was established, the relevance of gynecological and histological examination in case of a history of miscarriage was shown, and the study of the hormonal status in women with chronic endometritis was proposed as a further study.
