QMS PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT METHOD

The scientific article is devoted to the search for a universal and simple way to evaluate the effectiveness of a quality management system. The article outlines the essence of the concept of effectiveness, discusses publicly available data on the basis of which calculations are made. A method of evaluating performance in several stages is proposed. The concept of "lost effectiveness" and "efficiency coefficient" is introduced. Performance criteria are proposed. Clearly identified stages of evaluating the effectiveness of the processes of the quality management system, and subsequently, the effectiveness of the entire quality management system of the enterprise are an alternative to existing methods and at each stage filter out information that could prevent the finding of inconsistencies. The method is also designed for the analysis of emergencies related to the processes of enterprises, and the maximum leveling of their negative effects.
