METHODS OF FORECASTING ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION

The article presents the results related to the justification of methods for forecasting electricity consumption. It is established that modern methods of forecasting electrical loads of power consumption systems have their own components of effective functioning. It is proved that operational forecasting of electrical loads is one of the most important components in the decision-making process in matters of power consumption control. It is determined that virtually every important operational decision depends to some extent on the quality of operational determination and the accuracy of forecasting. It is found out that the features of the analysis of modern methods of forecasting the loads of power consumption systems are dictated by the need to solve scientific, scientific-practical, technical and economic problems.
