The features of early prediction, as well as the diagnosis of complications of pregnancy and childbirth in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDS) were determined. A number of obstetric and perinatal complications in patients with this diagnosis are presented, the possibilities of predicting complications of pregnancy and childbirth in patients with GDM are considered.
