MUTUAL INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND BUSINESS PROCESSES

the article discusses the organizational structure, technological processes and the importance of their interaction during changes in the conditions of a manufacturing enterprise. The necessity of conducting a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise before implementing changes is justified. The categories of data that should be taken into account when building a management model that includes the organizational structure and business processes as a whole are given. The principle of constructing a management model from the most important object of management to the insignificant ones is proposed. The circumstances limiting the possibility of arbitrary choice of the central point of the control model are emphasized. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of creating a software product for automating work with the model.
