A method of qualimetric assessment of the main criteria based on the GOST R ISO 9004-2019 standard and the university self-examination procedure is proposed. The assessment is made on a point scale, and the result is expressed by a variable from 26 to 130 points, which determines the level of maturity of the organization.
A model of the subject area in the form of a system of production rules has been developed, taking into account the weight of input features. The knowledge base contains production rules that allow you to assess the level of the university on the basis of fuzzy logical inference. The implementation is implemented in Python using Pandas, NumPy, MatPlotLib libraries. Pandas (DataFrame) is used to process the input file (training sample). The developed intelligent system provides for a procedure for acquiring knowledge, which leads to the expansion of its capabilities and the addition of new criteria to it, and this, in turn, will allow for the assessment and consideration of the requirements of stakeholders.
