ANALYSIS OF PATTERNS AND FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE OF A COMMERCIAL BANK

The article discusses the main universal project management models, such as the Zahman methodology, TOGAF, Federal Enterprise Architecture and Gartner. A brief overview of each of the methodologies is performed. The principle of the hierarchy analysis method is briefly considered. In addition, the analysis of approaches to the development of models in the management of the IT infrastructure of a commercial bank by the method of hierarchy analysis was carried out.
