TELEPHONY AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL OF ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM IN DIFFERENT MODES

This study raises a rather topical issue related to the management of the organizational system in the daily mode and in the emergency response mode based on IP telephony. This study is devoted to the analysis of the specific needs and problems faced by employees of duty shifts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in order to develop solutions that correspond to their organizational system ensuring effective communication both in daily mode and in emergency response situations. The article contains the problems of the introduction and use of IP telephony in the work of the duty shifts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The solution of these problems requires careful planning, implementation, as well as continuous monitoring and maintenance of IP telephony systems, especially in emergency response mode, therefore, recommendations are given for improving the management of the organizational system under different modes based on IP telephony.
