The number of patients with acute destructive forms of pancreatitis in Russia is 20-40% of the total number of patients with acute pancreatitis. At the same time, the overall mortality rate within this pathology ranges from 24 to 60%, and postoperative mortality is more than 70%. The purpose of this research work is to optimize surgical tactics, considering the prediction and timely diagnosis of the timing of the transformation of sterile pancreatic necrosis into an infected one in order to improve the effectiveness of the results of treatment of patients with this pathology.
