The aim of the work is to conduct a comparative analysis of the peculiarities of medical and social indicators of women of reproductive age depending on parity. 272 women (18-35 years old) were examined. Group I (n=123) had a history of 1 or more pregnancies, Group II (n=149) - no pregnancies. In the structure of gynecological diseases in group I, the following were found more often: polycystic ovary syndrome, sexually transmitted infections, cervical ectopia; among somatic pathologies, acute respiratory infections, anemias, diseases characterized by high blood pressure, and breast diseases were more frequent. Conclusion. The presence of pregnancy history increases the frequency of gynecologic and somatic pathology in women.
