The article presents a clinical case of a patient with a rare diagnosis: Idiopathic alveolitis with an outcome of pulmonary fibrosis. A case is presented with a blurred clinical picture, constant "walking by pulmonologists in search of a diagnosis", diagnostic problems and difficulties in treatment
