THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING SIX SIGMA TECHNOLOGY IN BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT: ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

The purpose of the study is to determine the need to implement the Six Sigma methodology and the potential advantages of its use in the activities of the socio-economic system. The experience of using the methodology by Russian companies is reviewed and the results achieved are revealed.
