FEATURES OF DYSREGULATION OF MUCOSAL BLOOD FLOW IN SUPERFICIAL AND ATROPHIC GASTRITIS

The article presents the results of comparative studies of microcirculation using endoscopic laser Doppler flowmetry of the gastric mucosa in normal conditions, with superficial and atrophic gastritis of non-angiogenic etiology for the purpose of early differential diagnosis of pathology. The research results revealed characteristic features of dysregulation of mucosal perfusion in morphologically confirmed non-angiogenic atrophic gastritis of moderate and high activity and the absence of deviations in the regulation of blood flow and perfusion parameters in endoscopically verified superficial gastritis. The identified features of microcirculation open up the possibility of using laser Doppler flowmetry at the stage of endoscopic diagnosis of a variant of gastric pathology to formulate an optimal treatment regimen and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy in dynamic studies.
